Tim Minnick grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico and taught himself how to see the world around him as fragments of color and shape. The Impressionists, Post-Impressionists, as well as the abstract expressionist movement motivates his art.
The life and work of Vincent Van Gogh deeply impressed Tim as he developed his rich innovative style. He chooses several mediums, including charcoal, pastel, and acrylic.
While living in Colorado his work showed at the Meerdink Gallery in Ouray, CO on Main Street and at the Blue Pig Gallery in Palisade, Colorado.
